One-off fee, plus VAT at the prevailing rate
Our Tenant Find Only service covers everything required to market your property, find the right tenant and set up the tenancy — then hands the running of it back to you. It's the right choice if you're comfortable managing the tenancy yourself once your tenant is in place. A one-off fee of three weeks' rent, plus VAT.

Rent Collection includes our full letting service, then continues with professional rent collection for the duration of the tenancy. We monitor payments, follow up arrears promptly and pay you promptly, with a clear monthly statement. Priced at 8–10% of rent collected, plus VAT, depending on the property.

Our Full Property Management service is our most complete offering. We handle the letting in full, then manage the tenancy end to end: rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance administration — with clear reporting throughout. Priced at 10% of rent collected, plus VAT.
